VL hasn't been noticeable at all in a any good way. no speed, not being creative with the puck, no puck possession, no shots, etc

I think they are. In reality, what they need is difficult to obtain. They don't have much organizational depth. Plugging one hole will create another.

Whichever line Vinny joins… He's been out with G and Jake for both goals against. I'm not blaming him, but he seems to be weighing lines down. The Couturier line had its best shift with Raffl

Undrafted Austrian. He played European hockey for like the last 5 years or so and just came over this year.

Poor man's Simon Gagne, but with an average offensive game.

But if it was up to me, I would've traded Laughton, the 2014 first, and a prospect for the best defenseman I could find who is mobile and can push some guys farther down the lineup.

I would've done that yesterday.

Losing to the worst team in the league when coming off 2 straight losses is simply unacceptable. There are some players on this team who need to take a hard look in the mirror tonight.
