a half-pound anything isn't meant to be eaten in one sitting.

Leafs should start offering players their weight in gold. It'd be cheaper than a lot of the contracts that have been recently signed.

And yet, much bigger than anyone "should" eat in one meal ...

See, this is why you need a bar in the basement, then just out the bike next to the bar

Then once you've sold the wife on it and the bar is built, you can stick th bike back in the corner

- Big_Lightnin

how do you out the bike?
take the seat off

I think just about everyone in my generation is outgrowing our parents. It's not just genetics. Something's changed, and that something seems to be our food.

I think it's also about twice as much as what a serving of meat should look like

And it's probably 8oz before it hits the grill... probably comes to your plate at 6oz... and if it isn't left to sit before it's served, it loses even more as the juices spill out.

Change due to Natural selection tends to take more than1 generation to appear in offspring over an entire species

Weber and Rinne for Gagner, Dubnyk an Klefbom
- DoubleDown

Edmonton can't build around guys like Weber and Rinne. They weren't 1st overall picks.

What a shame. I'd put him third line and move down McClement. McClement is playing way to many minutes, he should not be playing 18-20 minutes a game.

Not like this.

I think my generation is a good couple inches taller than the last, and the next one's gonna be even worse. My sister teaches at an elementary school, and sees kids taller than me

And I'm somewhere between 5'11 and 6'0

so there's hope for Gardiner?
- bobbyisno1

oh come on now... Gardiner is a young, inexperience Leaf defenseman.

how could there possibly be ANY upside?

except of course a trade to the Flyers?

and even then, the children take after one of the parents...

Natural selection would say that if being taller means you have more luck with the ladies, you'll have sex more and make more babies with genes that make your offspring taller.

It doesn't say two short parents will make a tall baby.

completely agree... spell McClement occassionally as a winger on the third line, PK duty and centering the 4th line, probably end up with approximately 12-13 minutes a night... which I believe is closer to what he was playing last season.
