Nothing will outlive the planet. I laugh when I hear people talking about destroying the planet. It has survived worse than humanity and won't even notice our extinction. - TheTaoOfSemenko
The planet will be here for a long, long, LONG time after we’re gone, and it will heal itself, it will cleanse itself, ’cause that’s what it does. It’s a self-correcting system. The air and the water will recover, the earth will be renewed. And if it’s true that plastic is not degradable, well, the planet will simply incorporate plastic into a new paradigm: the earth plus plastic. The earth doesn’t share our prejudice toward plastic. Plastic came out of the earth. The earth probably sees plastic as just another one of its children. Could be the only reason the earth allowed us to be spawned from it in the first place. It wanted plastic for itself. Didn’t know how to make it. Needed us. Could be the answer to our age-old egocentric philosophical question, “Why are we here?”
Plastic… bumhole.”

I agree JVR should be tried with someone else, Clarkson and Kule should be on 2nd line with Bolland when he returns - maybe we could trade Kadri +++ for Kane or even better a nice D if any are to be had
- Garnie
Evander is an interesting thought, I have had a really hard time gauging what to expect from him. Seems like a bit of a head case, he would be great in the fact you could rotate him through line 1-3 and his style of play will fit. Still should have good value, if the Leafs are sold on Holland as a 2-3 center is not a bad gamble at all. |

Oh, I agree with you for the most part. Humans are nasty and careless, and are hurting the earth
I just know that that war with the earth is one the humans can't win
I just posted that because i (frank)ing love George Carlin and his views fit the situation. |

Wtf - Garnie
The sun doesn't just have infinite energy. The energy from the sun is what creates the warmth we feel, if we start pulling part of the energy that is warming us into other aspects the result will be a colder earth. |

Energy cannot be created or destroyed....
If we convert all the solar rays into electricity then we'll go into another ice age.... |

If we did it on a large enough scale to power everything, I wonder if this would be the case. Still though, solar power uses photovoltaics and photoelectrics to create energy. I don't think either process affects the amount of heat the suns rays give. The heat is largely dispersed before it ever hits the ground. |

D could be tricky, but if we picked up Kane it would probably mean a winger was on the move. I imagine that would be the blockbuster trade scenario they were mentioning (Kane) |

Haven't we already we created an infinite energy source, I remember seeing a documentary on it. A lot of crop symbols (lost all credibility instantly) have the equation for an infinite energy source within them. |

It would have to a iggybff pointed out energy can neither be created or destroyed only converter to other forms. |

Every solar ray contains different states of energy. Light, heat, radiation, etc. Solar uses only one form. |

Haha I watched a thing where a guy with a 2x4 with a couple ropes in it created a perfect looking crop circle in one night.
Then I watched another thing where someone was claiming that the pyramids are all a giant energy source and we just need to activate them. He gave credit to Tesla...despite Tesla not being born for centuries after the pyramids were built.
The internet is an interesting place. Just google David Icke if you dont believe me. |
