Stop with the name calling unless you want a break. Unless you're calling me names, i'm cool with that. - canadianpenfan
I'm amused when I'm called an idiot for pointing out obvious common sense things ... Megna and Bennett are not the answer for the third line .. We need Cooke / Kennedy like player that can contribute to the o and play physical . . No engo is not the answer.. Pyatt is not the answer ... And yes I think it's pressing bc were relying on the same guys to play big extra min every night ... I think that can take a negative toll come playoff time ... But like I said ... Only an idiot like me could think such things |

I wonder how our Southern Penguin fans will feel if Bylsma wins a gold medal in a couple weeks.
I despise Babcock as a coach and hate listening to his smug attitude, but when he is coaching Canada he is the bee's knees. - Ben37
Both great coaches, that's why they were chosen. Team USA must not visit our blog on a regular basis, which is too bad because listening to some of these guys would guarantee a 10-0 loss to Uzbekhistan. |

So I just have to reach into the self destroying mantra I give myself with looking in the mirror and drinking my 8th lunch beer...this should be both easy and complete destroy the remnants of my tattered self worth. |

I'm amused when you ask people if they even watch games considering you think Kunitz is one of our top penalty killers. |

I actually don't see a huge difference between Megna and Kennedy, other than the fact that Megna is faster. I think Megna is a similar, slightly more upside version of Kennedy. I will agree however that Bennett is not the same type of player as Cooke or Kennedy, but that doesn't automatically mean that he can't improve the 3rd line from where it currently stands. |

I find it odd that you say you finished third grade a long time ago, but use ellipses instead of periods and cannot make/take the effort to type the first two letters of "you". |

Ad hominem - arguement, philosophical or otherwise directed at a person usually incircumstances when the weight of the evidence does not support your particular point of view/perspective. People using this type if philosophical misnomer usually resort to misquoting, name calling and any or all types of misdirection. Maybe you should be arods lawyer. But please continue to ignore the perfectly valid points being made . I am entertained |

My bad, surely you can see how i could have made such an outrageous claim though...
Which of those guys consistently kill penalties Bergeron and Toews , that's its . Kunitz has been a main stay on Pitts penalty kill which is ranked second in the NHL , I love perry, Getzlaf , couture . . Question: do you want them out there in the third period of a 2 2 game in the metal round?? There are prob 25 players better at it among Canadian forwards then Kunitz. Which are being considered for team canada??? - Brianandr1

I take Sutter over Talbot without question; Stoll; Helm and Brooks Laich (he has sucked since his return from injury).

I don't care what your point is. If it is typed out in the same manner that a 13 year old Valley Girl would type/spell in a text to her "BFF" I'll ignore it every single time.

You can replace staal with Pavelski. I don't mind Sutter. I agree he's not Staal but we aren't paying him $6 mil either. When you have the star power the Pens do you can't afford to have the premium or elite player at every position. Bartley is correct Sutter isn't physical at all. I'd like to see him play a little tougher. |

Boyd Gordon is a guy that I would love to see on the Penguins third line. Maybe not at the rate the Oilers are paying him though. He does not seem to lose face offs and as everyone saw the other night, he scores magic goals. |
