St. Louis leads the team in points (duh), followed by these powerhouses:

Filpulla, Purcell, Killorn, Stamkos is 5th in 17 games (23 points), Hedman/Johnson tied for 6th

I'd think their defensive play/goaltending might just be key.

If only they had Tallinder to take Hedman's spot.......

Would be believe me if I told you at this moment, that you would be almost 48 and the Bills still never would have played a playoff game and they are no closer to getting in one soon?
- buffalofan19

I wouldn't believe you because support for the team is falling off hard. I believe they will leave in the opt out year of the lease deal. I just think the fanbase is broken and I cant see this community bucking up any more money for seasons or any tax dollars to keep the stadium afloat. And Im ok with it.

It would pose an interesting scenario. It would make Buffalo the only US market where the NHL is the marquee sporting attraction.

I've been saying for 10 years when everyone started freaking out about Ralphs age that the only thing that can save the Bills is success on the field. Success on the field sell tickets, merch, gets new stadiums built, increases brand strength 10 fold. We've just had none.

Can't wait for the Bills to be gone, use the stadium for an MLS team.... Would love to see some real football locally. Maybe TPegs or some players can bring in a team....

If an MLS team ever came here (and I pray to God that never happens), they'd build a different stadium with a much lower seating capacity. They're started to move out of football stadiums. There's no way they'd get 70,000 plus to watch a soccer game here.

I don't think Miller should be considered. As good as he's playing we are 30th out of 30th.
- sbroads24

I think Miller should absolutely be considered. This isnt a team award. Its a goalie award. He's putting up splits that you would expect out of a playoff goalie on a team that's on pace to historically become one of the worst 20 teams in NHL history.

Bishop, Harding, Miller would be my top 3. Although I dont think Bishop nor Harding would be doing what Miller is doing in Buffalo. I dont even think Rask or Quick would.

Im glad Bobrovsky won it last year. Voters did right by giving it to the most deserving goalie and not to the goalie on one of the best teams in the NHL because his stats were inflated.

I don't think the Ralph field is big enough for soccer. Plus its 41 years old and the upkeep is too much. Even Toronto's stadium for Toronto FC is very small and basic. I could see something like this going down at UB if they would allow it. There wouldn't be beer though.

Been to 2 DC United games at rfk ,handlefull of Crew games, 1 Timbers game (which was just truely amazing to be a part of)

If he continues to play like this his numbers will be better and we won't be in last so maybe I will agree then.

But for all of his great performances, this team would still be in the exact same spot with Enroth. Yes I know he has been the single reason we have won some games, but in the end I don't see him as important to a team as Bishop or Carey Price is right now.

Thats the biggest factor, techincally if you take out the 3oos youd be almost ok for it

But if you read any of the expansion plans they are making you build a brand new stadium. Thats why its been kinda tough for Miami to get a team back.

If Murray can resign Miller to a good deal do we erect a statue of him or throw a parade?

MLS games look to be a blast, I'd def get season tickets if we could get one.

We almost got WNY Flash season tickets but right before found out the wife was prego so that modified that plan. In a few years I may have to get 3 seasons instead

I'll had to check out FC Buffalo when they start back up

Hey I agree, but in the bigger scheme of things

A. He doesnt have the best numbers in the NHL
B. We are in last place
C. He has a losing record

At least in the case of BOB last season, he was the sole reason they made a playoff push, not the mention the numbers he posted are out of this world. Personally I think it's a joke that guys like Jonathon Bernier would be considered over him, but I don't know if Miller should be in top 4
