It was the right trade to make at the time, but if Bernier can't prove he's got starter potential over the course of a full season, it was unnecessarily disruptive.

You do realize that Hasek, Roy and Brodeur all lost in the playoffs... several times... Reimer takes them to game 7, the team collectively folds in the third period and he's not shunned forever... gotcha...
