Only because he hasn't been given some starts... he comes in to play mop up in an awful NYR game... give him 6 or 7 consecutive starts and he'll lead the goalie stats for this team again...

He plays best getting regular starts. Some guys play best in a backup role; they can come in once every couple weeks and play lights out.
I honestly believe this is what killed Potvin's career. He needed the starts. |
