Based on the standard they use the lack of injury IMO is why its only a phone hearing.

However going into the offseason the department of player safety needs to work out some better guidelines (and actually stick the them) for next season

I agree, They can use an injury as an add on to a suspension but I don't think they can use a lack of injury as a way to "lower" the suspension. If you get what I am trying to say

I lived on Royal Ave. It was an ice mound with icy tire track. Tore the mufflers right off cars. Never was plowed. People not only carried shovels in their cars, but ice choppers too.

WHy Oh wy couldnt I work in a bank. Future mrs had a meeting leave home early today and tomorrow either work from home or take a snow day of pto. ME however will get docked time if I come in at 831 instead of 830. NObody has it easier that bankers and teachers on time off.
