He doesnt make bone headed plays. He may be a smart hockey player but he does not have the talent to back it up. He is an incredibly smart person (engineering degree) but at this point on this team there is nothing there. We have Foligno, McCormick, Ott, McNabb, and now Konopka who can all hold their own.

Dumb question...but when does NYI have to decide on which year they give us their pick?

Yea but you can take a look at those drafts and find dman just as good or close to as good taking later......with the few exceptional drafts......must if not all elite level of scoring forwards are taking on the top 10.

They can't . They just hate the concept of John Scott . I think some bully took their lunch money as kids . John Scott is not the bully though . He is the kid that stood up to the bullies.

I agree completely . Under Teddy I have seen a lot more out of Scott . I watch to see if our critics are correct . And John actually plays a sound game . He is never going to drop it . Also he blames John for the waiving of Corey Tropp and we let a future Marcel Dionne get away there .

Maybe in your Video games there computer guru . But as pointed out 4th Line is the least of this teams problems and actually have been the best at times in puck possession.

Don't get me wrong, I'd rather have the forward/scoring type player. I just don't think that drafting a defenseman top 10 is as taboo as, say, drafting a guard is in the NFL.
