I don't even think we've played McLaren and Orr in the same game this year; they were a wrecking crew last year and possibly the reason why we were a more physical, aggressive team last year: all the midgets had a +3 constitution bonus when those two were in the line-up.

It's a shame because it seems so painfully obvious teams knew how effective those guys were in rallying the team and throwing the opposition off their game and just decided to not bother fighting them and allowing them to impact the game.

I would love to have both guys on our 4th line causing poop and creating chaos, but unfortunately it's just not working anymore.

I actually would be shocked if he didnt. Clarkson made that much of a fuss about it. What made me laugh the most, and love Clarkson for the who fiasco, was that he kept bringing it up over the course of the game.

It's appropriate that the Russian Dman that is 6'7" 229 lbs is named treeamkin.

Depends on the team: for 60-70 games I would dress a 4th line that can skate and contribute and possibly roll 4 lines (although with Carlyle, I don't think "roll" is in his vocabulary; too many match-ups and tweaks in-game).

But for the Bruins, Habs, possibly Ottawa and the Flyers and a few Western teams like Canucks or LA (and any back-to-backs), I would have those two on the 4th line creating havok.

Part of the issue this year is the PK sucking: we could get away with the shenanigans last year because our kill was so good; this year, not so much.

With better players in the line-up, gives us so many more options: I like seeing Holland on a line with Lupul and Raymond; Clarkson with Bolland, etc.

Can't wait till Bolland is back. So much better. there is going to be a pretty good play out of the lineup when Bolland returns (assuming all stay healthy).
