If the Yzerman only speaks at 11, what will TSN be doing for an hour? Analyzing the other teams?(interesting) Talking about who they are picking? (Not as interesting)

You've obviously never watched trade center/UFA day. They are masters at talking about nothing for hours on end without entertaining anyone.

RDS are doing the same. They will probably spend an hour talking about Subban...

At least it will be Habs material. They'll likely have a panel of Gaston Therrien, Bertrand Raymond and Renaud Lavoie(I know he's gone) to complain about the lack of Quebec players on the team.

Therrien: "Desharnais joue avec beaucoup de coeur. Il aurait du se faire inviter au moins au camp d'été."

True. Usually Lebrun comes in for a 2 minute segment per hour and it's most info you get in the entire hour.

that's their thing. they never specify when an event actually starts, only when their coverage starts.

Alexander Steen's father is former Winnipeg Jets star Thomas Steen, a forward who scored 817 points in 950 NHL games between 1981 and 1995. Although Steen was born in Winnipeg, during his father's playing days with the Jets, he, like his father Thomas (currently a Winnipeg City Councillor) has dual Canadian and Swedish citizenship, and has chosen to represent Sweden in international hockey competition. Alexander has two surviving siblings
