I don't get why so many people are surprised this team is struggling again. We are at the point of the season where they started to poop the bed last year.

at least you didnt have to live with the joy of steckel

he'd go on the rush, it would go back the other way.. the leafs would withstand a three shot offensive burst from the opposition (maybe) then the leafs would head back up the ice.. at this point steckel would of finally completed his turn in the offensive zone and would struggle to get back on side.

They are fortunate enough to play in a division with Toronto, Ottawa, Florida and Buffalo. They will be fine for a playoff spot, but probably won't get out of the first round.

really? because Florida and Ottawa are a combined 4-0 against Montreal. Toronto 1-1. even in the games against Buffalo, Montreal has had a very difficult time with them.
