I really don't think people in Toronto really appreciate what a prairie winter is all about.

Go outside your room, go up the stairs to the main floor, open the front door, and go outside again

Do you seriously think that -10 is the same as -40?

I just don't understand why, if Desharnais is a good deal at 3.5M with his 19points in his last 21 games, we would trade him. Okay he had an extremely bad start, and he slowed down after his big contract last year, but, can we agree that he is for a lot in Pacioretty's success. The money we are spending on those two guys is not that much for what they are bringing to the team, and I think we have to evaluate their success as a duo.

It's true that DD's value is increasing but, we would receive less then what he his actually bringing to the team, because of his horrible start. And I don't think Galchenyuk is ready to be our first line center. Also, I believe Pacio needs a player like DD more that a center like Galchenyuk. Not saying that Desharnais has more talent then Galchenyuk, but they play the game differently and Pacio/DD prove already that they were one of the best duo in the league.

It was an exaggeration... but really... when I went outside when it was -10 and again this morning when it was -30 it didn't feel any different. Still felt 'cold'. Only difference to me is the speed at which I start to get frostbitten.

-10 is balmy day that you could spend all day on the outdoor rink.

Its an OK statement if you used +35 and +50. +25 is a pretty normal temperature, otherwise I agree.
