Just trying to diverge this Raffl-hartnell debate.... Getting a bit boring. Yakupov usually gets the job done. It's amazing how you guys actaully think I want him that bad, when I do it to throw a wrench in the board.... lol - youarewrong
i think hes an interesting concept for sure. love his skill set. definite big time risk reward, as i still think edmonton would want a ton. its cool to think about him potting 40 from a guy like malkin or giroux though |

Raffl the waffl is proving me wrong and I like it. He has been exactly what the top line needed. This is the G the team needs. He needs to be showing by example and being the leader to get this team moving. I wasn't happy with not just his play but his lack of leadership early in the season. Two wins like these show that hopefully this team has turned the corner. They didn't quit which is exactly what the team or collection of players from earlier in the season would have done. |

honestly, if i had to pick another team in the east, i think it would be the canes.
when i was really a little squirt, the sharks always were my western team, if only for the simple fact that they were the sharks |

i literally do not know. they just never can it seems for some unknown (frank)ing reason. they make one mistake and it always just finds the back of the net. and then it just becomes ice thats more clogged than 95 in rush hour |

Canes are a boring team to watch. I enjoy watching the Ducks. I don't have any rooting interest after the Flyers though |

He's a 3rd line player otherwise. You want to mess with good, established line chemistry so you can bump some guy you have a crush on up a line? Downie can still get TOI with other lines while being officially slated on the 4th line. - JAKEw1234
The top line doesn't have good established chemistry. They're not scoring every single night in bunches. It's not about having a crush on anyone, it's about finding balance through the entire line up. |

the ducks are a hell of a fun team to watch. an obvious answer, but so are the blackhawks. i still cant help but enjoy hossa. and kane and toews are just flat out studs.
and yeah the canes are pretty boring to watch. jordan staal really hasnt done too much there yet.
yeah i dont have any huge rooting interest in anyone else. honestly, if i was allowed to select one team that would be guaranteed to win the cup but it couldnt be the pens, i would pick the coyotes. |

I think every team has experienced that. The Flyers went through a stretch where they were getting the best of the Devils for a while. It was towards the end of the Mike Richards/ Jeff Carter Era. After that trade, things went back to status quo |

you really dont think so? its hard to say scoring in bunches though. not many lines in the league really pot 2 goals a night consistently.
id say just look at the scoring chances they generate. i dont think its a coincidence with raffl on there that they have spiked. if anything, id say its more that hartnell isnt on it. |
