The team will be playing in Brooklyn next year. It's a much nicer arena (hard not to be considering what they're playing in now). But it moves him even further into the city. I just don't think he signs there unless they really make a push for the playoffs this year.

Remember him not wanting to be here for a rebuild? They are way farther then Buffalo or Brooklyn.

Yes. I have actually. Both Rochester and Binghampton are in much better shape than Nassau Coliseum.

The Lake Erie Monsters play in a really nice arena, but it's because it's the same one that's used by the Cleveland Cavaliers.

There's seats there. Just not as many as at the other end. And that may change a bit. I think they're going to be making some changes to things over the next few years to up the amount of seats.
