D'Agostini sucks and needs to get waived. Call up Adam, let him play. Luke could chip in a few points and could be a throw in to a deadline deal. McNabb belongs here as well. - mhp
Can't argue with this! |

Be prepared to get lambasted for this opinion, you must not be a true fan - sbroads24
I have no problem with that if Luke could get new Skates that are not made out of cement . Maybe Santa brought him some. |

any playoff team with a mil in cap space would love hank for a depth move for the playoffs - homiedclown
Hank is a perfect playoff speacialist for those clutch overtime situations when your team needs to take a rookie penalty to jeopardize your chances of winning. |

This also caught my attention
"Tyler Myers
Before we pat Nolan on the back for the improved play of Tyler Myers, here's a quick reminder that he was better right off the bat under Rolston. " - sbroads24
Nothing new that some of us have been saying. Myers became a whipping boy just like Roy before him. |

The Adam experiment is over. He'll never make it in the NHL. I think he could be a very classy janitor though. |

Actually, his first game or 2 this last call-up I thought he was one of our better forwards, and seemed to be moving well....then he kind of disappeared. He has good hands, and ideally he would become Moulson Lite in another year or 2, but many are understandably done with him as NHL talent. I think he's still young enough to hold out hope for Adam. |

What are you even talking about? - sbroads24
I am done with you today. Keep using your corsi numbers as your point for certain players and ignore them for other players. That's a hell of a way to look smart. You aren't comprehending. My point here is that you love bringing up puck possession and corsi numbers for your arguments against Scott. But when someone has a positive corsi number like D'Agostini has you ignore that and look at his production. You nitpick EVERY single thing just so it "works" in your favor. Yes Luke Adam has more points in his last 85 games or so but he did so on a top line. He also has bad possession numbers and a lower corsi rating. Luke Adam is a terrible skater. Matt D'Agostini can't score. Neither player will fix or crush this team if they are in the lineup. D'Agostini is a veteran player that goes out there and works hard. Adam was a coaster he had one good game under Nolan and coasted the other 8. I would rather have someone work hard all the time when it comes to this season as they are trying to change the culture of this team.

I blame Ruff and his extremely crappy handling of young talent for Adam's stunted development. God, I am so glad he is not here. |

Because Scott can't score, can't possess the puck, can't skate, can't shoot.
That's why I brought up possession numbers with him, because he does NOTHING well.
D'Agostini has good Corsi numbers in a sample size of 13 games..... The same time Nolan took over. Why don't you break down the Corsi numbers for the entire season and you will notice an upward trend, The ENTIRE reason D'Agostini's corsi numbers are half way decent is because he was NOT here before Nolan was. |

I always liked Adam . If he could only skate faster . Maybe a summer with Gary Roberts could help.
