So my son has been in karate for 8 months. I decided today to sign up for the fitness challenge at the dojo, and I get 3 months of karate lesson.

I had my first lesson, just a 1 on 1 introductory session.

I discovered I am the most uncoordinated person in the entire world. To quote Monty Python... I had no sort of sensory apparatus whatsoever.

It was humilaiting. My 42" tall 7 year old is 100X better than I am.

Getting old sucks.

First break I've had since early 2010... I needed it... and I won't have another break for damn near 2 years once I go back at the beginning of February... damn rat race... but if you go flat out like that and bank some cash, you can spend several months off and do some travelling and relaxing... it's a trade off... I prefer it this way instead of only 2 weeks vacation every year... (frank) that... when I take a vacation, I take months off... lol

(frank)... I usually take 2 weeks per years which is invariably spent visiting family at christmas. I just want to be able to go and spend some time lying on a (frank)ing beach somewhere

I axed you earlier why Matt Finn wasn't on team Canada, and you did not answer. Is he not good enough, or just not good enough recently?
