I agree. You trade Kadri for Duchene, sure, but Colorado wouldnt be looking to deal him. Stastny isn't worth the pay increase and age difference. More like Stastny and 1st for Kadri and Liles if they're lucky...

they just dealt with signing their top C big while watching a prospect unseat him. . Are they willing to do that again with Duchene and Mack when they could role Staz, ROR, Mack in any of the top three center positions.

If they add Kadri for Duchene They let Staz go in the off season and it seems like a more set 1c 2c 3c group

Did it work last time? Just asking. Duchene has openly had confidence issues, will he be a player that excels under that type of pressure or do the issues bubble back to the surface?

Was at the game last night, pretty entertaining game to be at. Toronto started off slow as hell, but picked it up in the 2nd and parts of the 3rd. Bernier was solid once again. Kadri "rumours" are interesting, as i'm not totally opposed to moving him if the return was right. He's not an untouchable for me, but I wouldn't be moving him just to move him, as he definitely has more talent than he's shown over the past month or so. Not sure being thrust in the #1 Centre role was a bit over-whelming for him, that combined with the 24/7 stuff might be messing with his head a bit, hope he can get out of this funk.

Also, please for the love of god never post on the Facebook Leaf fan page...I went on there with this same opinion pretty much and had guys telling me that they'd never move Kadri and that he has Datsyuk type potential. Yes they really said that.
