What is the Sabres record this year when John Scott scores a goal? I love stats.

If Pacioretty is on the block he better end up in Edmonton. Exacly the top 6 guy we need.

I doubt he's available, but if he is then I'd expect a pretty big bidding war for him. Legit 30 goal scorer(when healthy for 82 games) with size and a good contract.

Ken Campbell is one of the worst writers in hockey

Oh totes...when your thesis is that Montreal is killing Subbans passion, and your "proof" is the banning of a triple-low-five, andddd you write an entire article surrounding these ideas, you really need to find a new job

HAHA I meant kelsers greater than "patches" and subban greater than edler
I think its a fair trade gives Vancouver powerplay help and someone to play with sedins on the wing. Canadiens get a number one center with size whos a excellent two way player and elder also adds size on the back end who also has a offensive mind

Let's take a break from all the pissing contests for a second, and acknowledge what a transparent traffic grab this blog is. Because honestly, why would Marc Bergevin ever - ever - trade the reigning Norris trophy winner and one of the league's top power forward, who's signed to a ludicrously cap-friendly contract, just to keep a guy who wasn't even his first choice to be coach?

If Bergevin would have signed Subban earlier, instead of Throwing money away to losers like Desharnais and Briere, And if the Habs would just trade Pacioretty already, hopefully in a package deal for New Yorks Chris Kreider (who the idiot Timmins should have picked instead of Louis Lebust) they would be a good team and fiscally sound...Habs management makes the same mistakes alot.

BTW..I also know as a Fact if Montreal had Kept Ryan McDonagh, instead of that moronic Scott Gomez trade, Subban could and probably Would have been dealt to the Flyers in a package for Couturier and Simmonds..Look it up..

There has been many bad posts by Eklund made on this site but this has to be THE ABSOLUTE WORST POST EKLUND HAS EVER MADE. There is no hostility between Therrien and these guys. Media made it up when Therrien raised his voice to Subban during the Habs 24/7 show.

I follow your writing quite often but I must say that the rumors you write about Montreal are never right. Bergevin himself has said if you hear a rumor about some one from his team being mentioned in a trade then it's probably false. He doesn't leak rumors not does any one on his staff. You would think, being a habs fan like you supposedly are that you would know that. I've never ever seen one of your rumors about the habs come to fruition. I think it's time you stop posting rumors and just stick to writing about the habs exploits from the previous day.

This.

The entire premise of leaked rumours is a joke. Ek is a fraud and the only reason to come to his site is ur favourite team discussion.

Insider rumours are an absolute fallacy.
Shows alot about ones character to continue to pretend ur something ur not even when ur website is relatively successful.

My favourite was pj stocks made up rumour in an interview and ek reporting it an hour later.
