Pouliot is very good offensively. Great shot, good vision, nice passes, but he needs work defensively. If he is paired with a defensive partner, it may not be bad, but he's a prime example (as well as some others) where that chl/ahl rule screws over players in their development.

Honestly, I find there to be no need to. They are still winning and guys are coming back from injury now. I think shero should take his time and make a trade for a top 6 winger at the deadline. Jokinen is working his way to a nice raise, and who knows how dupuis will be next year. Niskanen has also possibly played his way out of Pitt and is looking for top 4 minutes. Shero should work some magic and try to replicate that Neal/gogo deal
