Currently stuck at a Hotel in the middle of nowhere in Ohio due to a flood on the interstate.

The Chief has really grown on me. I love how he's taken advantage of the hybrid icing. At the same time I think he made too many changes in the line up tonight. Grossmann had the flu so it only makes sense Gill comes in. I'm okay with Emery starting but I would have gave Mason the same chance Emery had in Chicago to face his old teammates. The real thing that bugged me was Downie being scratched. I was on cloud nine with the shock of seeing Lecavalier in warm ups but that line of Couturier, Read and Downie has been too good to break up. I would have at least sat 76 before Downie. I think 76 may get send down sooner or later anyway. Plus its likely Raffl will not be on that top line forever. I thought we looked a lot like the team we were prior to the Talbot/Downie trade. Kind of have to put this one on the coach. Too many line up changes.

Oh, I met Lappy by the way. I saw Hartnell a minute prior but that guy didn't look like he wanted to be bothered with.
