I read today that GLADD has received the most complaint phone calls and tweets since this started than ever before.

IMO the media makes it seem like everyone is outraged but in reality the majority of the country either agrees with him or is not offended. I really didn't think what he said was different from what the pope said (just in a different order) he was considered man of the year for his statements on this subject.

For the record everyone calls me Negative all the time about the Sabres, my problem was with Darcy and some of the crap players we have. Ever since Darcy was fired I'm good with what is going on, not to thrilled about a rebuild but I'm getting use to it. I like the fact that Nolan and LaFontaine are back, I know some don't and that's OK. Still need some adjustments on the roster but I'm sure that will come.

If people really had balls they would call out the organization that Phil based his opinion on. But that in some peoples eyes would be just as offensive as what Phil said about a certain group. This boils down to the fact that no matter what you say you will piss someone off. This forum is a perfect example of that. Someone might say Something that none of us agree with but I for the most part don't think that makes them a bad person.
Now after reading the interview it seems like it his answer was taken out of context. His answer was about sin and what he in his opinion constitutes sin. He starts with one thing and continues to list other activities, he doesn't compare it to anything. If a&e has a problem with his religious views then why do they allow them to pray at the end of each episode. Ah (frank) I went off on a rant.....

I have heard that he wasn't happy with A&E lately. He could by baiting them to fire them. I think there are more than one other channel willing to hire them. They weren't on of the highest viewed premieres this season because they listened to Miley Cyrus.
