Well let's be honest, it can't be easy to determine if a Hartnell, Rinaldo or Rosehill has a concussion.

I mean what's the baseline when someone can't add 4+4 before the game starts?

I was referring more to Lindros almost dying twice.

He said it's not that the Penguins played well, it's that the Sharks played like poop basically.

Common sense tells you the Penguins don't beat the Sharks 5-1 when they are on their A game. Seemed more like frustration than arrogance, but to each their own I suppose.

I really don't care. It wasn't all on SJ. The kid seems like a wiener. Again, I hope he gets planted by someone.

Just excited we are discussing Maatta as a Calder candidate frankly. I didn't suspect he would prove to be so good at his positional play, decision making and shot. Add consistency and rapid improvement in all the above and we really have a prize of quality here. Outstanding. He will get better and doesn't play a bruising style which should help him last.

And with 4 other ahl defenseman and half the forwards that are ahl players, he's still doing really well. Bortuzzo has been a damn work horse over these last few games and is bringing everything he has.

With more D prospects coming up and borts looking good, is it possible Despres is moved?

He is smooth a skater and with his size he cannot be moved off the puck easily. He is what we have lacked on the backend come playoff time. I'd be more inclined to move Doumalin.

I really wanted the Flyers to end up with Maatta, but no such luck. Of all places he ended up! Ugh. Think you guys got a good one.

However, I have a feeling when the dust settles the Calder may end up with Nichushkin. Since he's been paired with Seguin and Benn, he has turned it up. That line is dangerous.
