He used to be so nice, so likeable...

Then he had to go and start sharing his opinions. It's been a steady roll down the hill to the interstate of the shunned ever since.

the only time i ever saw them (2009 when they did wells fargo) they played that. not the first song but still (frank)ing awesome
- stayinthefnnet

I probably would intentionally hurt someone to that song. It gets me ridiculously pumped up. If I listen to it on the way to work, when I get out of my car, I just want to run up and kick the door open and then run across our secretary's desk just punching everything.

I was never nice, or likeable.
How's progress on one of those cardboard boxes in the town coming? I've yet to receive any paperwork about the purchase.

Well, it's actually a customer service lady, but she also performs the role of a secretary.

We put out the police tape and hosed down the dumpster last weekend. We just have to get rid of the old pallets and the drum of used frying oil

I actually like And Justice For All. In fact, Blackened is my favorite Metallica song.
If I ever do see them, and they open with that, I will be escorted out after the breakdown around 2 minutes with blood on my hands.

Waited until age 18 to see my first metallica concert. Been to 3 now. So amazing.

Try to keep things on-topic. If Eklund writes a blog on Eastern Conference trade rumors, and you want to talk about the latest NHL video game, please locate the appropriate thread, or create a new one, in the forums.

And yes, there is some more leeway given for general discussion on the threads of the team’s bloggers. But when the thread is devoted to discussing hockey, keep to the point at hand.

I wouldn't say it's a masterpiece, personally. But it's got some good songs for sure. Then again, I find that even Ride The Lightning and Master of Puppets have songs I consider filler, which is metal heresy.

The Wire and Sopranos are 1a and 1b for me, could go either way. Also including Game of Thrones, Mad Men, Breaking Bad, Oz, Boardwalk Empire, Homeland in my top 10.

Showtime, unfortunately, has the uncanny ability to debut a show, have an amazing first season (or two), and then sh*t the bed. Look no further than Dexter, Weeds, Californication, Borgias, House of Lies. The only show to buck that trend is Homeland. And here's to hoping Ray Donovan can follow suit, but I'm not holding my breath.
