He's been very, VERY good. Little fluky penalty shot goal (well, not fluky, but lucky) but overall, looks like a very good 2-way defenseman. - jmatchett383
oh i wouldnt disagree with you on the penalty shot being a tad lucky. (that being said, i have similar feelings about the giroux goal as well haha) but still. i dont bank on him needing to make penalty shots a regular part of his game. im trying my hardest to temper expectations until the sample size becomes larger, but each game i am becoming more and more like a kid on christmas. |

His ring tone is Robert Plant's yell at the beginning of Immigrant Song - Jsaquella
I prefer Daltrey's yell in My Generation. |

I think he'll suffer when the top-3 get healthy and Engelland comes back. I don't get why they played him over Despres last year, and I won't get it when he plays over any of the kids this year. |

Favorite metal band of all time. Just wished I had gotten into them earlier. I saw them last time they came to Philly and it was great. - jmatchett383
ill admit my metal lust runs a tad more mainstream. will always be a devoted maiden fan.
two more other big ones for me that reached decent levels of exposure i guess you could say but nothing close to say maiden media recognition wise. queensryche and helloween |

I believe you're thinking of "Won't Get Fooled Again", but yes, I agree for pure yell that is better.
However the lyrics to Immigrant Song fit the narrative. Plant was a huge fan of Nordic mythology as well as Tolkienn. |

oh i totally agree. although i think it will be despres that gets royally Richarded. yet a (frank)ing gain. for all of the maatta blushing going on. despres is quietly showing that he literally has the entire package. |

How about Escape from LA? Having not seen New York, I'll say LA is better because it has Bruce Campbell. - jmatchett383
I can't pick one. They're both beautiful. |

it appears lately he is doing his best to become the penguins verson of rinaldo. i cannot say i approve in the slightest. although hey if rinaldo could pop in 40 goals while still being a goon there would likely be a statute of him on every street corner in this town - stayinthefnnet
You miss the point.
Well when your paid 5M per (Neal) and your brought in to receive passes from Malkin and shoot the puck, I don't see the logic in being a coward who does dirty plays and doesn't back it up with a fight. He goes away to the bench like a coward.
On the other hand, Rinaldo (750k) is here so bang bodies, bring out energy. If he hits everything that moves (his role, his job) he elevates the chances of him engaging in fights, dirty play, etc that may result in suspensions.
Neal is a top line guy and Rinaldo is 4th line guy. Neal, has no business doing the things he does (Couturier, Giroux, Marchand) and I hope every grinder, goon and fighter on any team in this league whack him every time they have a chance. |

I like both. Zeppelin stole quit a bit more-and definitely more blatantly-Than the Who, but both were awesome bands, IMO |

I do nitpick some movies...like The Hunt for Red October drove me nuts because of the lack of realistic conversation between the guys on the USS Dallas ( "Seaman" Jones was a 2nd class petty officer and would have been called ST2 Jones or Petty officer Jones...and the COB, or chief Of The Boat, is the most experienced enlisted man onboard the sub...he sure as Hell doesn't need to have a "Crazy Ivan" explained to him. - Jsaquella
Tv/Movie depictions of military settings are almost all universally unrealistic and dramatized... only really good one I can think of is Generation Kill... god I love that series.

please dont totally misconstrue what im saying either. in no way do i like what he is doing. its beyond stupid. i dont know why he feels the need to be some sort of pseudo tough guy all of a sudden. 1. i dont like that aspect from any player, be you a franchise cornerstone or some career echl goon. 2. just from a practical standpoint. one of the games premier snipers sitting in the box does his team no good.
do you really think salaries have a lot of relevancy in this conversation? i wouldnt like what neals doing if he made 8M or peanuts. it doesnt change the result. im all ears if youd like to try to make some sort of comparison or point, but i really dont think we are in much disagreement, |

Agreed. I saw them on their last tour. It was so hot that I was getting tired, and those dudes (especially Bruce) were running around like crazy. |
