Actually Crosby drives the net more than Nash.

There are plenty of players that do it more, another one is Perry.

I think Elisha should let our Captain sleep with her sister. Def pump him up for the game. Plus shes an uglier version of Elisha so he fits in better too. Damn gargoyle

Phaneufs become so feminine. He needs his balls back Elisha. Jeeze. You cut em off at least let him think he has them still. Thats the trick

Looking at all of hem though, I'm pretty sure that's the cool down interval and Phaneuf is just givinner cause he knows the camera is rolling

Rethink that.

Now clear your mind, former teammates would know.

That is not my point, why has this team not had a closed door meeting yet? You cannot hide that from the media.

- LeafMan

I don't even know how effective closed door meetings are. Does anyone? We see it happen with other teams all the time but how often does it actually translate to better play? What exactly are they saying in those meeting that can't be said with the coaching staff around? How often do we see a team have one of these meetings and play just as bad, if not worse? "Players only meeting" has become a buzz word for fans and media when things are going poorly, it's bullpoop. They need to listen to the coaching staff, play the systems, and put in a better effort. That's on everyone, not one or two guys.

Of course, that's just my opinion.

when nash is fully healthy i simply dont agree.. the guy cuts in and anyone in his way gets rolled over.

crosby does it with skill.. and perry is a very good PF but if Nash and Perry had a head on collision Perry would be (frank)ed.

I tend to agree. I've never really understood the Nash hype. Good player but I've always thought he was overhyped.

Oh god....Phaneuf giveaways for another 7 years? This guy is NOT a leader. NOT a captain. Why do the leafs feel they have to re-sign him? Someone please explain...
- CarlitoBrigante

..and laziness for the next 7 years as well. This teams play is reflection of Dion's efforts.
This will hurt the leafs long term.....no matter what the phaneuf pin cushions say.

I think Nash is overrated.

Having said that, Nash is on Team Canada, he was there last time and if you know how they work, they will bring back the same core to Sochi.
