Does anyone know of any good back yard rink resurfacing products? My new house has a 35' x 45' pond, that we were skating on this past week (prior to today's rain) but the ice was rough in spots, and not not even.

We used to drill holes in the ice with an ice auger and use hand pumps to flood the ice. There are battery operated pumps available now like the bilge pumps for the marine industry.

True enough... i am okay with the people that dont want to pay the big bucks (although i disagree) but the ones that took 2 years to stop harping and then start again after one bad game drive me nuts

There are definitely 10 dmen better than him in the league. There are possibly 20 better than him. But there are not 60 better than him in the league which makes him a top-pairing guy. Top pairing guys in the prime of their careers who are about to become UFA's get the type of contracts he's going to get.
