I've been getting rather curious about some of these guys and their belts. Been watching videos on some of the "black belt" people. Seems to be a complete joke and nothing more than a participation ribbon. Pay, show up, boom - Black belt!

yeah.. i took tae kwan doe as a a kid.. i quit at yellow (two belts in) because i decided i would stay and train with the senior belts.

they wanted me to spar (to practice defense) and i dropped a green or blue (cant remember) belt (10 belts or so above where i was) in about 30 seconds.

it was then I realized I probably wasnt learning much and I quit after that year

i'v seen that before.. it might be one of the dumbest things anyone has tried to accomplish.

After the first one didnt break...why keep going? hasnt it failed at that point? ..and why line up 100 of the things...its like he never tried it before and just said... today I will break 100 coconuts with my hand... oh and put a hard metal bar under them.
