The fact that if you put pretty much any goaltender in league behind the hawks defense they will be really good. Yes CC had some good play but I dont think he will be able to keep that play consistently for the next 6 years at 6mil. Raanta is a cheap alternative that is playing good if not better than CC was this year so far. I dont think its justifiable to give CC a 6X6 contract when he has had very up and down play so far in his career. So Im not convinced Rannta can take CC's job as much as I dont think CC will be able to keep it for the next 6 years

Oh I know it's all in good fun. I don't want to do too many smiley faces all the time and get confused for a teenage girl. I followed this blog through last season before I just decided to join in. We wail on each other sometimes but at the end of the day we pull the jerseys from over our heads and give a respectful "good fight" pat on the head.
