I don,t think so. Crosby is more gifted offensively but Toews is a better all round player. I am pretty sure if you asked all of the GM's in the league as to which player they would choose to build around , it would be surprisingly even.

They have much better D and don't have Fleury in net but it's hardly a massive difference overall.

I understand Dub has bad games but I don't get how no one blames the oilers forwards and D for that game last night and a lot of other games. If I was Dub I would have broke my stick over one of the oilers head. I hope we get a legit #1 goalie and 15 games into next year he says f uck this poop I want a trade, no one back checks or takes/gives a hit or clears the puck after the original save. The forwards, defense, have problems of their own, but when the goalie cannot stop the soft ones, consistently and every single shot from the other team handcuffs him, i start diubting his quality.

Richard Bachman was stellar against LA, does that make him a star? No. But if he were to show that in 3 out of 4 games he would be an nhl starter. Does Dubey let soft goals ALL the time? Well he lets one every 3 out of 4 games, hence he is not an nhl starter.

I hope he gets traded and i am afraid to say he is probably worth only a 3rd round pick.

considering his play and ufa status, 3rd round pick is prob right. i'd consider that 3rd to be conditional 2nd if he resign with the acquiring team.
