Its amazing how you can't grasp this. Must be a liberal thing.

Yes. Because we have a difference of opinions of what exactly we are cheering, i am unable to grasp an idea based on my (actually less liberal than coservative if you'd actually ask me) views. Still don't think why me not wanting to give every American persona gun makes me a liberal.

Down with America. Down with Capitalism. Boo baby killers. Fur is murder. Release those poor terrorists in Guantanamo.

Our culture is changing. This is a planned corruption starting with the entertainment and news industries and our educational systems. Its being pumped into the heads of our kids, and being pushed down our throats by the news and governement that is supposted to stand for Freedom and Justice and the American way.

People have been saying that since the 60s with the rise of the hippies.

True, was making a comparison to his last productive season 2011-2012 vs now.

If Hartnell becomes a pest, agitator, etc I don't think he's going to start potting goals everywhere that's my point.

I do think it's time for him to find new line mates and was happy that Berube finally pulled him off of that line. I think he's gotta play his way back up there.

The hardcore liberals create a drain on the economy. Things like 100 weeks of unemployment are a disgrace. Welfare has become a joke. Unions are the worst practice of employment currently used.

The problem with "liberal" programs and that people found a way to exploit them, and no one did anything about it. If anything, people made it worse.

No sir. I have much much more conservative views than liberal. I don't agree with your views on arming every 4-week old baby in the US and on the current liberal/Christian marriage, but otherwise, I'm actually pretty conservative.

Just saying there was something off in his game. When he is hat his best, is when he is doing shenanigans. Those 37 goals was an aboration, not a norm. You should not expect him to do that ever again. But you should expect him to still be a pest to other teams, while potting a few opperturn goals from rebounds. He needs to stop trying to play the same finesse game Giroux does.
- youarewrong

His norm is 25 goals a season. Last 7 seasons he had 20 + goals in 6 of them. Nobody here is expecting a repeat of 2011-2012 (37G- 30 A). But I think the drive, passion and energy is what generates him to be an agitator, a pest and at the same time, to be a scoring threat out there.

New contract and lack of drive/passion ? Injury? Age ? Who knows.

So what would you think of me singing a song about New Jersey at a USA vs. Canada game? Would you be okay with that?

Liking Hartnell? Communist

Also, American Flag boxers shorts are uncomfortable. The sheer power of liberty emanating from them will give you 3rd degree burns.

Especially when most of the players on the roster we cheer for are not even from the United States to begin with.

When someone derisively chants "USA USA" during the Canadian National Anthem or chants it at Montreal Canadiens players, do you really think the Flyers players feel supported?

Pretty sure there are only 2 Americans on the roster.

When the Flyers introduce a Military veteran at the games and present him/her with a jersey, I think the USA chant is fine.

When it's done at an opposing hockey team from Canada, it's kind of silly and misguided.

Then again, I'm a guy that think "O Canada" is a better drinking song than the Star Spangled Banner.
