Great point. Plus GoGo doesn't seem to be excelling in Dallas. I'd like to see anyone ever scoring another goal if we trotted out Letang, Johnson, GoGo and Whitney as a top 4.

I have this jersey, the home one except it doesn't have the patches and it's a Lemieux. I tried it on last year for poops and giggles when i had some people over for beers and it barely made it to the top of my gut. I think i got it when i was about 14.




Still my fav Pens jersey though.

I didn't know they were doing jersey's for all the outdoor games. The penguins are going to run out of "throwbacks" to wear pretty soon. They've only had 8 uniforms in their history and have already used 1 and a variation of another. Maybe we see the uni's with Pittsburgh on a diagonal across the chest and I would put money on them staying with the blue theme it sells and they do look good.

Mine as well. Its a classic and it will always be my favorite as its the one they wore when the team evolved into winners.

I know we say the west is substantially better than the east. But right now 7 of the top 16 teams are from the east.

I just think the bottom half of the east are so bad, it really does drag the rest of the conference down.

I was just going to say it was black and gold not the black and yellow like the 90's. The outdoor series patch looked pretty cool though. I'm just happy it's not another blue jersey

Honorable mention to Montreal, Colorado and Vancouver.

And honestly, i would like Boston's chances in a SCF against any of those teams more than ours right now. Lots of time for that to change though, just need to start by getting healthy.

7 more days until Cookie cuts down all the trees and steal their kids presents.

Very excited about the expected rise of the Cap to $71.1M next season. $16.5M is a significant amount of spending cash shen you consider that the Pens will largely be filling in the 3rd & 4th-lines and re-signing RFA's (Despres, Sutter, Megna). Hoping Shero can add some size on the 3rd & 4th-lines and an above-average veteran G, similar to Volkoun.
