He had several offers apparently .Everybody expected him to be better. He wanted to stay in Toronto so signed for on,y $1M in order to get the NTC

More gets kissed with only 1 ref, but often the ref out of position ms a phantom call that the close ref knows isn't a penalty. Drives me nuts.

They should confer more and over rule each other.
