The general thought behind the anti-corsi movement is that shot attempts alone don't necessarily reflect how a game actually went. Tonight I think Toronto out-chanced and out-played LA quite clearly, something they have not done to any team in a long time though.

As a whole the Leafs have truly earned their poor corsi rating of late. I think you'd get quite a few of us corsi skeptics to agree with that.

[edit] LA got corsi-breaking goaltending tonight too btw lol. Corsi loves to ignore the impact goaltending can have on a game.
