No he just seems to be the end all comparable and his cap hit is 7.8

thats cool - everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

to me, thats the exact play they need to get rid of, he could have actually really hurt the guy, it was bertuzzi 2.0.

he had intent to injure and it wasnt even during game time, it was after a whistle and nothing justifies doing that to someone, if Thronton wants to do that, he can go to the UFC and those guys will put him in the hopsital after 1 minute.

if thats the NHL shanny wants, then by all means, give thornton 5-10 games. if he has any want to clean this up, give 25 games or bye for the season.
