Well as predicted the cap next year looks to be about 71 million.
Anyone want to place any bets that the leafs will be pretty much ice the same team as this and will be at the cap max?

This whole situation and backlash vs. Thornton makes me sick. If Orpik is prepared to run at and re-concuss a star player on the first shift of the game (aka targeted), he better be prepared to drop them with the opponents' tough guy. If Neal is prepared to intentionally knee an opponent in the head as he skates by, the whole team better be prepared for cheap shots coming from anyone at any time.

i would think that gives them the chance to completely rebuild the thing, with or without Phaneuf. |

No one can log the minutes/go up against the competition like Dion does. No one in the Leafs system, no one in free agency |
