I am actually thinking that Diaz will either get trade or not resigned. The more I think, I feel like the young Dman Ek is talking is Diaz.
I really can't think of any reason why MB would trade Emelin.

Beaulieu would make sense for sure since Roy knows him well through the QMJHL.

Doubt it would work too to be honest. But like I said, I can't see MB doing that trade is it's Emelin.
I could be wrong, but I don't see why he would do it. They need Emelin more than they need RoR. (he is RFA and will ask 6+.. we already have Plek as a 2 way FWD, why pay so much for another one when we already have so much centres. (plek is a very good 2 way fwd, Eller is starting to look like a very good one too). Galchenyuk should be playing C and then we have DD. It just doesn't make too much sense for me.

Anyway, just a fan opinion. I'm no expert
