i don't really watch basketball either, but Rudy G. has been poop and he had an option next year that would pay him $19.2 mil next year. And tanking in the NBA isn't an exact science. - mr.peanut

So, I've heard through a few reports that Oshie may be available in St. Lou.
What package could Bergevin put together and offer St Louis.
I'm aware that other teams are likelier candidates and that realistically, St Louis would be somewhat mentally deranged to trade this guy, but still... - kev1586

Maybe so but it'd still be worth a try, imo. |

I thought so too, but upon further review Rapistberger may have extended his arm forward enough to make it a lateral. Thankfully, it didn't come to that.
Yeah, wasn't counting on the Vikes but they had me excited for a moment. Ravens remaining schedule is pretty brutal. |

So you'd agree with me that it's a total lack of "being able to develop talent" that they've already given up on Arencibia and signed Navaro. I've told a few of my buddies that Arencibia will probably have a better year than Navaro. All of the aforementioned friends who are Leaf fans have all disagreed so far... surprised? (I'm not)
And they'll likely go into next season without trying to address their pitching.
Jays likely 5th in AL East... agreed? |

Dioner had a nice year last year. He had been far from stellar over his career. Arencibia has a lot of talent (now).
But yes, they need pitching in a huge way. Fifth in the east is pretty much a given unless something drastic happens. |

Thought it was very telling when Zaun was interviewed on the TheFan this week he was talking about Arencibia coming to camp after his first year of AA and Zaun was more impressed with him then than any other point in his career. That, to me, speaks volumes about having poor coaching in place throughout their entire organization. |
