Went to my first Sudbury Wolves game of the season. What a (frank)ing poop show it turned out to be.
Sudbury outshot Sarnia 63-30 and won the game 7-6 in overtime. Sudbury D was a (frank)ing train wreck all night and the goalie looked like he was drunk. Winning goal was scored when the Sarnia goalie played the puck behind his net right to the Sudbury player. Tape to (frank)ing tape. I never saw a goalie skate off the ice that fast. I must admit that I was disappointed that he didn't go all Rask as he went off but I felt bad for the kid.
Crisp scored 2 but man, he is far from even AHL ready. Decent shot but below average speed. For a big guy (listed at 6'4, 215 pounds), rarely finishes a check and when he does, he is super soft. He should be tearing it up playing on the top line with Baptiste and Camapgna. Baptiste on the other hand is a machine. Skates like the wind, hits and produces. Very good prospect for Buffalo.

I really don't like people either.
But when we go, we usually cab it, there and back.

Yeah, I guess it's different when you're on holidays. Also, my daughter has a seat as well so she wants to come if I go. Just another pain in the ass that she picks the most inopportune times to have to go to the washroom. |

I will forever hate Dennis Bonvie. He was their scrapper back in the '90s. He used to do the Tie Domi wrestling belt taunt when he would win a fight. He was actually drafted by the Bruins I think but never amounted to anything.
North Bay regained its OHL franchise this season with Brampton relocating. The Batallion just seems like the wrong name. |

Hell I never knew they lost it. I've been out west for a long time.
I used to go to a hockey school in NB and the Centennial players would help out. Darren Turcotte was one of my counsellors for a few years. We met up at a bar years later and played pool and laughed about it. I remember the year the Hatcher brothers showed up. |

It was a great rivalry and they would send busloads to games here and vice versa. My daughter works at the arena and says that the North Bay fans are (frank)ing crazy. Things will really heat up again when they meet in the playoffs. |
