There's more of you here than you think. If not for a poor decision on my part as a 7 year old, I might even be a habs fan. Came down to Patrick Roy vs Ken Wregget and Bobby Smith vs Wendel Clark......poor judgement was a hereditary trait I got from my pops I guess.

Thing is, and you'll probably remember- I was defending him last year. Before we got Bolland I was all for giving him a 2nd chance, and when people were trashing him in summer, I was defending him as well, saying he was going to have a good year.

But getting rid of him was the right choice.

Signing Bozak was a move to keep our top player happy, and make him easier to re-sign. With or without Grabo, this team was still going to need an upgrade at center, and with Kadri also there, Grabo was going to find himself back where he was last season. Bozak at least can move to the 3rd line, and is cheaper.

After hearing what Grabo said about Carlyle, it was clear they weren't going to work... and you don't fire the only coach that's taken you to the playoffs in the last decade- in his first season with the team, no less - for a secondary scorer.

Exactly.

All the former players? It was the best decision to let them go or buy them out.

The new players? Vast improvement over what was previously there.
