id cut orr right away, and id only dress mclaren when we fight a team that has a big time fighter.

if not, id be fine with smith-mcclemment-smithson as the 4th line.

Wait now, that makes far too much sense!

How the current coaching staff can't see this is

You agree with his decisions this year?

EDIT: Also, I think the fact they made the playoffs last year really overshadowed how the team actually performed. They were terrible in the last month leading up to the playoffs.

- peddy-93

There are always going to be things that the average fan agrees with or disagrees with. With every coach, every team. I'm sure he's made some bad decisions. But you or I have no idea why he makes the decisions he does. You or I don't know what happens in practice, and maybe there are reasons he doesn't. I'm reasonably sure he knows more about what's going on then we do. So, when fans get frustrated that he doesn't play such and such with so and so, or chase the points, or whatever, I question whether if he did what you say, you're just going to find something else about what he's doing to criticise.

the fact is, I think he was a major part of the team turning around. I don't think he's perfect. I think he's clearly better than what we had, he's a good coach, and one clearly capable of taking a good team deep in the playoffs, and a contending team to a cup, because he's done it. Somethign you can't say of Ron Wilson, or many other coaches. So I'm not going to start playing armchair coach and claiming I know more than him, particularly after a relatively short losing streak in the grand scheme of things. I'd rather look at what can be done to give him one of those teams. Because if you think he has one now, I think you're crazy. It's getting better, but it's not a contender.

Habs going 7 0 1 in their last 8 has something to do with their astonishingly friendly nature in these blogs lately...bastards.

I've gone through stretches of trying different things. Not really for weight loss. Just to see what it does, and how I react to it. Gluten free I've tried (didn't notice much of a difference). Juicing (I noticed my crap go the colour of carrots). Protein based diets.

I think the people who notice big differences on things like this are the ones that switch from eating McDonald's for lunch and order in pizza for dinner. I noticed a bit of occasional bloating go away when going gluten free (which you sometimes get after something like a big lasagna dinner), but nothing long term.

I don't really buy into the fad diets or most recent trends. If you incorporate bits of it in to daily life, and just watch these things in general, no point in going 100% gluten free, or 80% protein meals, etc. People have been eating glutens and carbohydrates for thousands of years. It's not causing huge problems. What causes problems is if you're whole diet is nothing but bread, or pasta, or whatever.

hahahaha. No, juicing vegetables.

When I was a teen I went on steroid precursors for a few cycles, when they were still legal in the states. But that was 20 years ago. Won't mess with that poop anymore.

Nazem Kadri is back on the ice. Wearing top line white. Likely means Tyler Bozak will miss practice.

On a more serious note...

Look at this team, same roster, but Hitchcock or Maclean is the coach.

Do you think they would be this bad??

- Aetherial

Maclean's team looks pretty average without the allstar goaltending this year so yes

Yea, as big a step back as Carlyle's team took this season, MacClean's just did a backwards sprint.

At least one.

It has it's upside though. No need to shake after peeing. It shakes itself.
