That was the top team in the NHL. Well done to our boys tonight we were a lucky bounce or one of the fewer than normal poopty calls away from taking this. The missed trips tonight really cost us. Bozaks probably caused the injury and Orrs gave them the winner.
I expected 6-0 bring on Dallas who are throwing away a 3-0 lead. |

Rielly didn't impress me, but he was playing with Fraser, so I won't hold it against him.
Gardiner looks like he's handing a live grenade whenever he touches the puck in the attacking zone. WTF? - Leeman4Gilmour
Rielly on the ice for every single even strength goal against. It's becoming a trend, no matter who they pair him with. Hell, he scored one of them.
He should have been left in junior to work on his defensive game. He simply can't handle defense at an NHL level yet.
They've tried him with Franson, Fraser, and Gunnarson, and no matter who the partner is, that pairing gets scored on. Typically several times a game. |

Serious question, would he benefit from maybe being sent down? Or is the cap a problem with finding a replacement. |

You keep saying that, yet the only thing consistent is that when he is on the ice, the Leafs get scored on. You really are blinded by his talent. He is not NHL ready defensively. How can you blame it on everyone else, when they get scored on at half the pace when they're paired with someone else? |

I think hanging in there for the most part is a positive, as the Sharks done a lot worse to a lot of teams. Some positives to be taken out of it.
I think the bounces comment is a little played out though. |

the cap isn't an issue. Liles could take his place with no cap implications. At this point I think it may be too late, but he should have been left in junior for sure. There is no doubt he is not NHL ready defensively.

Tell me EXACTLY on the plays, what the hell he is doing wrong. Please inform me rather than telling me its his fault because he is on every pairing that gets scored on. Is it obvious mistakes that politically stand out during the games? Like the likes of fraser or franson or gardiner or ranger? I dont know what your watching but please inform me what he is doing wrong or point out during the game |

I think I've seen enough of Fraser. To slow, awful with the puck, and not good enough defensively to make up for those deficiencies.
That was a brutal looking lineup for the last couple mins.
Mayray, clarkson, Kessel, and jvr just on a continual cycle it seemed with no other chance in hell of getting any support from the rest of the forwards to get a tying goal.
All in all, 1st period was just awful, but they hung in there for 2 periods with that lineup.
Could have been worse I guess. Atleast they showed some effort. So I'm not to pissed with the loss to a great team. |

Was it Fraser's fault when he tipped it in his own net?
He's out of position defensively on most plays. Yoeu may be impressed when he's "skating all over the ice" but that's not always a good thing. Especially for a dman. |

who gives a shyt. The Canucks are junk. Their team is so screwed. They've got like $25M locked up in the sisters, Burrows, and Luongo, for many many years. And they're all on the declining side of their career. Their prospects are mostly junk. No starting goalie. I'd say if you were to rank all 30 teams in the NHL, in terms of their chances to win a cup in the next 5 years, they're number 30. Easily. Zero chance.
But if you tell them the truth, their refs just ban you. Look at this one:
one week for saying that Daniel Sedin is not a point per game player in response to one of them says he's a consistent year after year point per game player. Hasn't scored a point per game in 3 or 4 years now? |
