Why can't we break out of our zone? There's always two defensemen behind the icing line, wingers are too far up on the half boards to be of any use, and the center is usually wandering around aimlessly. |

Fraser's too slow and Gunnarson's got no common sense. |

3rd goal was aweful. that can't go in. doesn't matter that it went off his ass. Stick should have the 5 hole covered there. - Badge
not surprising that there was a non call on Orr being tripped moments before, right in front of the refs....I just don't understand the inconsistency, like they called Raymond for a trip that put us down 2 men, then later in the game, no call |

No, Millen.
That is not a great defenisve play. In the new NHL that is a hook.
Period. |

immediately after Pavelski taking Bozak down couldn't have been more blatant. He fell, so he swiped bozak's feet. (frank)ing terrible.

Remember years ago when Sundin was still kicking around and there were rumblings about a potential trade for Marleau?
I really wish we would have done something like that. We spent absolutely no time or energy thinking about life with Mats. |

We stretch it out way too much on the breakouts and do the exact opposite defending the breakout; we collapse down into our zone without getting our far enough to put pressure on the attacking puck carrier.
We can't gain the other team's blue line and just give up our own with ease. |

Clarkson simply can't handle a pass, and Fraser is an offensive zone anchor, in a bad way. |

How man times has Clarkson stopped skating because of a 'injury' only to be skating fine. 5 seconds later.
I disagree with Bowen. He has pissed me off tonight.
But I have heard his name a lot tonight. |
