The best prospect by far on the blueline is Ryan Murray selected 12th overall. Not in the so called area where blue chips can be found in 20-30 overall like a poster said earlier.

So they'll have a big hole on the wing to fill, as well as needing a good defenseman and a goalie...
It's gonna be hard for them to get one good free agent there, let alone THREE...
So I think the odds of them being crappy again next year are pretty good
And that could work out great for us

a) I like Rutherford not taking D men in the top 10
b) you can find more norris canidates in the 20-30 than top 5 F ill take 2nd round over top 5

I think they very easily could be bad enough for 6-8 and they cant pass on that, and that pick regardless most likely wont be in the nhl regardless so if vanek walks they will be very bad
