I'd like to hope Greene will be with Santini on the 3rd pairing over Fayne
no one can do the forwards. we don't have any forwards. Boucher is a maybe. if he can't improve his skating he won't last. Parise and Kovy were 2 stars that were supposed to be locked up for our future and we'd build around them with Henrique's, Zajac's.. young guys like Boucher and such.. now we'll just be searching for a long time.. and hope UFAs can pan out.. unlike Ryder, Brunner.. Clowe

Zidlicky still lead the team in PIM? The guy that doesn't fight. He just takes stupid momentum killing penalty after another.

Need to kill some offensive zone pressure or give the opposition a PP to take the lead or tie the game? Need a horrible pinch leading to an odd man rush?

I am just at a loss for words on the decision to have Marty play again. I thought Marty got this game because it was in Montreal and he would have cried had he not. Not because Cory had been playing bad, so great Marty you played alright and faced what 19 shots so How can Pete determine that he played better then Cory's last two games so much so that he is getting the next start again ??? I thought Marty would get the game in Montreal because he is this franchises little baby and gets what he wants but then Cory would get the next games till he lost ( yea know the same treatment Marty got when he played and lost 3 in a row and has now lost his last 4 games) (frank)ing brutal. I honestly can't wait till there is no "goalie controversy" if you can eve call it that more like "Stupid coach" is the controversy here.

I don't mind Marty playing next game; he's still playing well and not hurting us by being out there.
Cory will get his time, he along with the rest of us will just have to be patient.
Really thought we deserved at least a point last night. Some bounces didn't go our way for sure last night, but hey what you gonna do. You can see the confidence growing each game with this group. Good things are ahead!

Cory stand on his (frank)ing head and steals us a win and gets rewarded by watching Marty lose 3 in a row then gets both games in a back to back WINS them both Marty goes back in plays OK and is now starting a second consecutive game. I don't see in that whole equation there where or when Schneider lost the starts to Marty again? It's just bullpoop. You guys will all sit here and say oh he didn't play bad. No he didn't play bad but he has also lost his last 4 starts and he didn't really play great either he like Cory faced very few shots 19 to be exact and still couldn't win I just don't get it. It's stupid. Wasn't that upset until I saw we got back to back on friday and saturday. PDB is (frank)ing idiot why the hell wouldn't he just go with Cory today and split them over the weekend. It doesn't seem like rocket science to me to figure that one out. Almost everything this guy does makes zero sense

These losses aren't his fault. Stop with that. If you blame him for losing last night just stop there because you sound insane. Other than that Ottawa game he really hasn't lost us any games.

Cory was brought here as a backup, if and when he gets his time as a number one that will be great and i hope it's with us. He may as well be Moose at this point, no matter how well he plays he's still the backup on this team. This is Marty's team, always has been and always will be as long as he's here.
Marty will always get the benefit of the doubt, and as long as he's healthy and playing at a high level he'll more than likely get more games in net.

I don't see how he kept us in it ? We know he didn't win it for us because we lost. We controlled most of the play and outshot them 27 or something like that to 19. 1 of the 3 goals he let in where tipped with a screen in front of him. The first goal they scored was a weak goal. The second was a one timer on the pp but there was no deflection or screen in front of him he should of seen it and should of slid across faster. The 3rd goal in my opinion was the only one you can't argue that he could of stopped. He isn't playing like dog poop but he certainly isn't doing anything to be taking games from Cory at this point in time. I mean we all female dog and moan about how loyal Lou is and how it's killing us but then we turn around and do the same thing with Marty. If I am the coach I am playing the goalie who is playing best right now that's not Marty. I just don't get the mentality of this franchise and it's fanbase. They are totally ok with possibly not icing the best guys to win for the sake of a guy who still gives them a chance but not as good of one. I am not saying Marty is the official back up I am saying I would play which ever of the two goalies ( Marty or Cory ) are playing the best and getting the results.
