Just went to Shoppers for some supplies and ran into the Oil Kings team in the store after their game with the Canes, met Mitch Moroz and had a chat with him. Was a pretty nice lad, when I told him I was an Oilers fan he said he felt my pain too

What's going on with yak? Saw he only played 12 minutes tonight, wish I could watch u guys play with all that young talent but after seeing him get back to around 18 minutes a game I saw he was at 12 tonight. What line is he playing on? The 3rd with hemsky?

I've really enjoyed Chase's game when I've gotten to see him. I've said it once, and I'll say it again; he reminds me Dave Bolland. I'm also looking forward to watching some more of Virtanen, but I doubt he cracks the top-10. His offense has been inconsistent of late and with the top-end really separating itself from the next tier, it isn't gonna be easy to overcome.

If we're still up in the top-10 by draft day and we haven't found a trade for the pick, I would hope the team is looking towards Perlini (39P in 28GP, 6'2.5 195lbs) or Draisaitl (35P in 26GP, 6'1.5 200[ish]lbs). We need size in the forward corps after all

If we make it to 5-10th in the draft, anyone know anything about the D men currently ranked around there (Roland McKeown, Hadyn Fleury?)
