How many back to backs has marty played in in career where he has seen both games. I think it would be ok going with Marty for the back of the back to back had he not played 3 straight games after Cory stood on his head. Because of the way the schedule has worked out Cory should not get to play 3 straight games ? I just don't think it's fair when he didn't play for 8 straight days or 3 straight games.

This is a fair point but we do have a lot of games coming up. I think Schneider needs to get the majority of these starts and to me tonight seems like the most logical to give him a rest.

Yea but you can rebuild with the D just as easily the center. Hodgson is 23-4 then have Grigorenko and Girgenson that could be your future top three. I guess it depends on who is the best pick at the time I don't know much about Reinhart like I said but F usually have higher value then D with the 1st overall. You guys really need the help on wing ? Is Floligno and Armia the only young 2 wingers opn Buff and in the sytem that have a higher ceiling ?

Our future D seems pretty set with Myers, Ehrhoff (like to see him moved), Zadorov, Risto, Pysyk, McCabe and McNabb. Hodgson is a #2 center, not a #1 so we need Reinhart and McDavid these next two years. Grigorenko and Girgensons have played some wing as well. Foligno has been a mess lately but you are correct on him and Armia. Adam has shown some improvement on the wing also.

Checked score of the Albany game and they are up 6-5 with 15 minutes left in the 3rd. Matteau has a goal and an assist and Boucher has a goal as well. Matteau has really picked it up since a bad start. Good to see. Still have hope he can develop into a decent player.

It's amazing how much offense we generate when one of our D takes a shot at the net. You think they've figured it out now? Zajac should of had one, Elias should of had one, Bernier should of had at least two. Great forechecking, great offensive pressure, need a damn pure sniper or two to finish it off. Get on it Lou.

The Isles have the option to defer the pick to 2015. I hope they don't because we could have two top 10 picks. Either way it will work out for us.

Buffalo will receive a first-round pick in 2014 or 2015 at New York's choice, if the pick is a top 10 selection at the 2014 draft. If the pick is outside the top 10, then this will remain a 2014 pick

Hopefully they stop taking penalties and hopefully they get some momentum from killing those off !
