The pens were going insane, they were like a swarm of bees that wouldnt go away... too many bad penalties too we gave them all the momentum they needed to make a comeback, we were flat and had nothing else to give to the game after those 5 goals

I think I may have found the problem, Carlyle always looks up when he talks, I think he has the Leafs looking up to see what is going on and not at the chalk board. I may be on to something here.

Pens had all the momentum and we didnt stop it, when you have a 4-1 lead thats where the shutdown defenders come in handy... also a time-out would of been sufficient but timeouts dont exist to carlyle

Time-outs are for when your on-ice guys are gassed, and they don't get the line change due to an icing.

I agree. Who cares about getting outshot. That said, he should be concerned with 0 shots.
