This couldn't be further from the truth. Maybe look at Winnipeg as one of those fan bases, but if the team is playing like shiet you'd be hard pressed to find a consistently raucous crowd.

I went to the Leafs-Carolina game when we were down 3-2 and we tried to start GO LEAFS GO chants and that lasted like 2 seconds, went back to being a library.
