FYI

MB was with Graves last night. He normally follows the team on the road.

The meeting between those 2 was the second in the last week. A deal seems to be imminent.

The base of the trade, which was described as solid by Graves, is Pacioretty + a prospect + another roster player (cap issues) for Nash.

Sorry, he's in the AHL.

Leblanc for Grigorenko

He is in the AHL? Was he sent today? And since he is 19 he can't join the AHL can he?

They sent him there and the NHL said no, you can't do that.

So he's back in Buffalo playing on the 4th line.

You want size? I'd rather have a 2nd Gallagher than a soft 6'2'' injury-prone softie like Havlat.

in a shocking development, some guy on 690 had a good point about just that yesterday.

mentioned how a guy like that can't just be thrown in one game out of 10 and be expected to drop the gloves against guys like Thornston or Orr who play pretty much regularly. pretty much a recipe for disaster.

I like the idea of a guy liek Parros I just don't understand why the habs got him if they intended never to play him. kinda reeks of bad scouting.

- dt99999

Well other than the first game, plus the injury, they haven't really needed his services.

15/25 games against the west and they haven't even played Boston yet.

So, your evaluation of a player is solely based on the number of points he has?

maybe you're right, I just think that nobody in Boston has anything to gain by fighting Parros.

I have wet dreams sometimes where Lucic is playing for the habs.
